QUETTA: An explosive device weighing 3-kg was defused by Frontier Corps in the Kuzdar district on Saturday, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on 06 October, 2012.
The FC spokesman said unknown men had placed the IED in the small-sized plastic bucket under a bridge.
On being informed, the FC team, along with the Bomb Disposal Squad, reached the site and defused the explosive. The local administration has initiated a probe into the matter.
