PESHAWAR: One suspected militant was killed and two others were arrested in an operation conducted by police in Peshawar’s Badaber area on Thursday.
Police launched an operation on a tip-off at a house in Badaber area of Peshawar. But as soon as the raiding party reached the locality, militants fired upon them, sources said.
Sources said that one suspect was killed whereas two others were arrested during the exchange of gunfire between police and militants.
According to the police, the arrested persons were wanted in several cases.
