Monitoring Desk: There is a piece of widespread news on social media that the Indian National Security Advisor to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Ajit Doval, has been booked for sexually harassing a young military officer.
According to the unauthentic document (FIR) available on social media, on Indian Army Armour Day celebrations (1 May), NSA Ajit Doval was invited to the Sabre Officers’ Mess, New Delhi, and he allegedly assaulted Maj Sachin Kumar, ex 666 Army Aviation Squadron. Confirmation of this news is yet to be established as there is no official statement has arrived to clarify the news from the Indian government. The FIR vide number Case No 48(3)2025 U/S 75 (2) 79/351 (2) BNS was registered at the Vasant Vihar Police Station, Delhi. The Police Inspector Sukhdeep Singh Cheema registered the FIR.
Meanwhile Indian website “Only Fact” (OF) published a story stating that this FIA is fake. The OF said:
To further investigate, we contacted Rakesh Kumar, the SHO of Vasant Vihar Police Station, who categorically denied that any FIR had been registered against Ajit Doval. He confirmed that the viral claim is fake.
