ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: In a heartfelt tribute to the 78th Independence Day celebrations, the Directorate of Electronic Media and Publication (DEMP) organized a Digital Photographic Exhibition and Painting Competition.
The event showcased the remarkable artistic talents of students from various colleges in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, bringing together creativity and patriotism in a unique celebration of Pakistan’s heritage. The exhibition drew significant attendance, with students, officials from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, and members of the media coming together to appreciate the artistic endeavors of the nation’s youth.
The event served not just as a platform for artistic expression but also as an opportunity to foster a deeper understanding of Pakistan’s rich history, resilience, and cultural diversity.
The Federal Secretary M/o Information and Broadcasting Ms. Ambreen Jan, honored the event with her presence, taking an engaging tour of the exhibition. She expressed admiration for the students’ outstanding contributions that beautifully illustrated Pakistan’s ancient history, contemporary struggles, cultural richness, and stunning landscapes.

The Secretary Information Ms. Ambreen Jan also cut cake with the participants of painting competition as a part of celebrations for 78 years of Independence.
As a gesture of recognition and encouragement, the federal secretary concluded the event by distributing cash prizes to the participating students, celebrating their artistic achievements and commitment to commemorating Independence Day through their work.
