ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has strongly condemned the cowardly terrorist attack on Bannu Cantonment.

The interior minister paid rich tribute to the security forces for foiling the terrorist attack. He also paid homage to the 8 security forces personnel martyred in the attack and expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families of the martyrs.

“The brave sons of soil have thwarted a major terrorist plot, and the security forces have defeated the enemy’s nefarious designs. The sacrifices of our martyrs will never be forgotten, and we stand united with their families,” he said.

Mohsin Naqvi praised the security forces’ bravery, saying that the nation salutes them. He stated that the martyrs are the pride of the nation, and their sacrifices will always be remembered.

The enemy is trying to create instability in Pakistan, but we will eliminate the scourge of terrorism with the power of unity and solidarity he added. He also prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured personnel.
