KARACHI, Pakistan: The total liquid foreign reserves held by the Country grew to US$ 14.4 billion by June 14, 2024 with an increase of US$ 30.8 million, according to the latest statistics released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).

The data revealed that the Country’s total liquid foreign reserves as of June 14, 2024 were US$ 14,414.6 million.

The statistics showed that the Central Bank’s own reserves also rose by US$ 31.4 million to be recorded at US$ 9.1 billion.

The reserves held by the SBP stood at US$ 9,134.7 million in the week ended on June 14 whereas previously they were US$ 9,103.3 million.

Whereas the Commercial Banks had foreign reserves of US$ 5,279.9 million, showing a decrease of US$ 0.6 million.Pakistan’s foreign reserves grow to $14.4 billion
