Pakistani pilgrims have lauded the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony for delivering outstanding services and facilities during the hajj pilgrimage.

The pilgrims expressed their appreciation when the Federal Minister of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Chaudhry Salik Hussain visited their residences in Madinah on Friday.

During his visit, the minister held meetings with the pilgrims and sought feedback on the hajj arrangements.

The pilgrims expressed satisfaction with the hajj arrangements, stating that the accommodation, food, travel facilities, and staff services provided to them are exemplary.

They lauded the efforts of the ministry in ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for the pilgrims.

Talking to the pilgrims, the federal minister emphasized that due to the tireless efforts of the ministry, the government scheme expenditures are the lowest in the region.

The minister stressed the need to make the public aware of this difference, highlighting the cost-effectiveness of the government’s hajj scheme.

Chaudhry Salik Hussain said that the pilgrims have been provided with a mobile app and SIMs through which they can connect with their family members back in Pakistan.

The religious affairs minister ordered the serving staff to assist those pilgrims who are unable to use these facilities, ensuring that all of them have access to communication with their loved ones.

The visit by the federal minister demonstrates the government’s commitment to ensuring a smooth and comfortable hajj experience for the pilgrims.
