KARACHI, Pakistan: With a further increase of US$ 167.5 million, the Country’s total liquid foreign reserves jumped to US$ 14.6 billion by May 10, 2024, showed the statistics released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).

The latest data showed that the total liquid foreign reserves held by the Country as of May 10, 2024 were US$ 14,626.4 million.

The statistics showed that the Central Bank’s own reserves grew by US$ 15.2 million to stand at US$ 9.1 billion.

The reserves held by the SBP stood at US$ 9,135.5 million in the week ended on May 10 whereas previously they were US$ 9,120.3 million.

Whereas the Commercial Banks had foreign reserves of US$ 5,490.9 million, showing an increase of US$ 152.3 million.Pakistan’s foreign reserves rise to $14.6 billion
