KARACHI, Pakistan: The Country’s total liquid foreign reserves fell by US$ 138 million to stand at US$ 12.0 billion by December 15, 2023.

The latest data shared by the State Bank of Pakistan showed that the total liquid foreign reserves held by the Country as of December 15, 2023 were US$ 12,068.4 million.

Likewise, the Central Bank’s foreign reserves remained US$ 6.9 billion in the week ended on December 15 with a decrease of US$ 136 million.

The reserves held by the Central Bank stood at US$ 6,904.8 million by Thursday last whereas previously they were US$ 7,040.8 million.

Whereas the Commercial Banks had foreign reserves of US$ 5,163.6 million as of December 15, registering decrease of US$ 2 million.Pakistan’s foreign reserves down by $138 million
