KARACHI, Pakistan: The Country’s total liquid foreign reserves further plunged to US$ 12.91 billion as of October 13, 2023, decreasing by US$ 117 million in a week.

The latest data shared by the State Bank of Pakistan showed that the total liquid foreign reserves held by the Country stood at US$ 12,912.9 million.

The Central Bank’s foreign reserves raised to US$ 7.7 billion in the week ended on October 13, showing an increase by US$ 67 million.

The reserves held by the Central Bank stood at US$ 7,714.0 million by Friday last whereas previously they were US$ 7,646.7 million.

Whereas the Commercial Banks had foreign reserves of US$ 5,198.9 million as of October 13, registering a decrease of US$ 185 million.Pakistan’s foreign reserves further plunge by $117 million
