ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Ambassador of Syrian Arab Republic Ramez Alraee held a meeting with the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar in Islamabad on Thursday.

During the meeting, the two dignitaries discussed Pakistan-Syria bilateral relations and opportunities for enhancing cooperation including in areas of trade & commerce and people to people linkages especially facilitation for Pakistani Zaireen visiting Syria.

They also exchanged views on issues related to the regional peace and security.

Meanwhile, the Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba along with a delegation reached Pakistan on Thursday morning.

The visiting dignitary was received by the Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar and other High-Ranking Officials of the Foreign Office.

Later, delegation level talks between Pakistan and Ukraine began at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad to discuss cooperation in diverse fields.
