KARACHI: Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon has said that people are killed for sacrificial skins and non-Muslims are forced to pay Fitra (Ramadan charity, compulsory for only Muslims) in Karachi.

Sindh Assembly turned into fish market after personal attacks by rival MPAs and MQM members walked out from the house as protest but PPP leader Nisar Khoro managed to bring them back inside the assembly.

Dr Saghir of the MQM said in his speech that the PPP is making target of revenge to their party workers and over 600 have been confined in jails.

When Dr. Saghir continued his speech and took more time, then Deputy Speaker Shehla Raza interrupted him to take less time, then MQM leader replied that he speaks very least normally.

Later on, when Shehla Raza again interrupted him and said sit-down or move outside the house, then all MQM MPAs walked out of assembly as protest.

Nisar Khoro and few other PPP members went after them and managed to bring MQM MPAs back into the assembly.

Sharjeel Memon said in his counter speech after MQM members that people are killed for sacrificial skins, non-Muslims are forced to pay Fitra in Karachi, and money extortion is not a new thing, it is continuing for last 30 years in the metropolitan.
