KARACHI, Pakistan: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has established Asia’s Largest Visa Center in Karachi, aiming at to offer work visas, attestation facilities, and provide Consular Services to employees who apply for jobs in the UAE.

The Visa Center has been established with 11 Counters in Karachi’s Defence Phase 5 Khadda Market.

It will issue 200 UAE visas to Pakistani Citizens on a daily basis.UAE Establishes Asia's Largest Visa Center in Karachi

The initiative will facilitate people from Sindh and Balochistan and make it easier for them to obtain visas without travelling to Islamabad or paying millions to agents to get the UAE visa.

In the UAE, Pakistanis are among the two largest expat communities along with Indians. There are approximately 1.7 million Pakistanis nationals living and working in the UAE.

Meanwhile, on the invitation of the UAE Council General Bakheet Ateeq Al Rumaithi, the Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah visited the UAE Visa Center in Karachi on Friday and inspected its various departments.

The Provincial Local Government Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah also accompanied the Chief Minister.

In his remarks, the Sindh Chief Minister said that it’s the largest Visa Center in Asia which will help the people of Sindh to get employment in UAE.

Murad Ali Shah expressed gratitude to the UAE government for setting up the Visa Center in Karachi.
