ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan and the United State discussed various aspects of the global challenge of terrorism at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad.

The discussion was held as part of the two-day Pakistan-US Counter Terrorism Dialogue.

The Foreign Secretary Asad Majeed Khan led the Pakistani delegation while the US delegation was headed by the Acting Coordinator for Counterterrorism Christopher Landberg.

The Pakistan-US Counter Terrorism Dialogue is aimed at discussing common threat of terrorism, cooperation at multilateral fora and countering financing of terrorism.

The two-day dialogue will provide an opportunity for both sides to exchange views and share their experiences and best practices in the domain of counter-terrorism.
