ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Jazz xlr8, Pakistan’s premier accelerator program for startups, has opened registrations for its new cohort of 2022.

The program offers mentorship and training at Islamabad’s National Incubation Centre (NIC) for startups looking to scale their businesses. Interested startups can apply on Jazz xlr8’s website.

The last date for submissions is July 18, 2022.

To enable business advancement, startups part of this program are provided access to a global pool of mentors, data and analytics, Jazz’s distribution networks, industry experts and investors and payment gateway integration via JazzCash. Innovators are introduced to rigorous training, one-on-one mentoring sessions, and access to state-of-the-art usability lab for UI/UX research.

Speaking about the development, Jazz’s Chief Digital Officer, Aamer Ejaz, said, “Our mission is to discover Pakistan’s best startups, help them scale, and build a thriving and inclusive startup ecosystem. By leveraging on Jazz’s expertise and resources, the program offers the innovator community a quicker go-to-market pathway and enables them scale to the next level, both locally and internationally. We look forward to welcoming startups joining the new cohort and to supporting their entrepreneurial journey in line with our vision.”

Jazz xlr8 is a sustainability led initiative of Pakistan’s leading digital operator, Jazz. Over the past four years, Jazz xlr8 has helped mentor and groom 26 startups including 10 women led initiatives. Combined, these startups have earned a revenue of Rs 543 million, and secured funding worth Rs 1.4 billion.

The program supports startups operating in key areas, such as; health, education, tourism, agriculture and gaming.
