BUREWALA: Poverty compelled a man in a small town of Pakistan to kill himself after slaughtering his wife and four children on Saturday morning.
The deceased Muhammed Hanif left a letter behind stating that he killed himself and his family owing to the stark poverty that left him unable to feed his family.
The deceased include 15-year Tayyaba, 12-year Ali Raza, nine-year Hamza and eight-year Amina and their parent Sajida and Hanif. Police in large number arrived on the tragic site and shifted the bodies to a nearby Tehsil Headquarters Hospital.
