In his statement, Tetra Pak Pakistan’s Managing Director Awais Bin Nasim, said: “The times we live in have clearly demonstrated the fact that our planet, society, and economy are inevitably interconnected. We as responsible corporate citizens have a role to play for a sustainable future. As Tetra Pak, we have collaborated with Green Earth Recycling a state-of-the-art pioneer in the industry, enabling the recycling of all components of Tetra Pak carton packages since 2014. We are happy to see that a growing rate of our carton packages are being turned into useful products which are a part of everyday life. To contribute to both our country and our planet, we wish to enhance our efforts by continuing to play an active role in initiatives for a low-carbon circular economy and recycling.

Highlighting the fact that they have achieved a success story which is in line with Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Vision for a Clean Green Pakistan, Green Earth Recycling Director Babar Bhatti, added: “This journey we have embarked upon with Tetra Pak to turn all components of carton packages into valuable end products has been an exciting and inspiring one.
