Both England and Bangladesh have never clashed in a T20 International before; therefore, it would be their first bilateral contest in the shortest format of the game.

In the Points Table of Group A, England are atop with 2 points after they defeated West Indies by 6 wickets at Dubai on October 23. While Bangladesh lost to Sri Lanka by 5 wickets in their opening game at Sharjah the following day.

On the other hand, Scotland also suffered a hammering defeat at the hands of Afghanistan in a Group B match at Sharjah on October 25.

Last night, Pakistan registered their second consecutive win in the T20 World Cup 2021.

In the pursuit of reaching a target of 135 set by New Zealand in 20 overs at Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Pakistan finished the game in 18.4 overs with 5 wickets still in hand.

In batting, Mohammad Rizwan’s 33, Shoaib Malik’s 26, and Asif Ali’s late blitz of 27 runs hitting three sixes helped Pakistan clinch a comfortable victory in the end.

The right-arm fast bowler Haris Rauf earned the Man of the Match award for picking up 4 wickets.
