RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Security Forces conducted an Intelligence Based Operation (IBO) in the Nargosa area of South Waziristan district, and killed two terrorists affiliated with Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).

In a statement on Monday, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that both the terrorists namely Usman Ali and Waheed were active members of the TTP Sajna group and were improvised explosive device (IED) experts, terrorist trainers, and motivators.

They were also involved in attacks on the Security Forces.

The ISPR said that terrorist Usman was also involved in the attack on the Security Forces on October 14, 2020 in which Captain Umer Cheema, two Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs), and three soldiers embraced Shahadat while four were injured.

Besides, one terrorist also suffered injuries in the intense fight with the Security Forces in South Waziristan and apprehended.
