ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Djibouti Mohamed Ali Houmed along with a delegation visited the Naval Headquarters in Islamabad on Friday.
The President National Assembly of Djibouti met the Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi and discussed matters of bilateral collaboration between the two Countries.
Separately, the Commander of the Djibouti Navy Lt Colonel Ahmed Daher Djama also held a meeting with Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi at the Naval Headquarters and exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
Later, the Commander Djibouti Navy was given a comprehensive briefing about the Pakistan Navy and its contribution in the regional maritime security.
The avenues for further enhancing the Pakistan-Djibouti bilateral relationship were also discussed.
