NationalPakistan Navy conducts successful surface-to-air missiles test

In an impressive firepower display, Pakistan Navy on Wednesday demonstrated combat readiness through Live Weapon Firing of Surface to Air Missiles (SAMs).

The launched missiles successfully engaged intended targets.

The Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi graced the occasion as Chief Guest.

In his remarks on the occasion, the Naval Chief expressed satisfaction over operational readiness of Pakistan Navy to defend national maritime interests.

The Naval Chief said that the excellent demonstration of missiles firing speaks of Pakistan Navy’s operational capabilities and war preparations.

Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi said that Pakistan Navy is fully capable to give a befitting response to any aggression.

The CNS also commended officers and men of Pakistan Navy for their commitment & professionalism. He emphasized on continued vigilance to thwart any aggression against Pakistan’s sea frontiers.
