ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi chaired the Command & Staff Conference held at the Naval Headquarters in Islamabad on Wednesday.

The forum reviewed matters related to the geo-strategic milieu, national security, operational preparedness, and training & welfare of Navy personnel.

The briefings on the ongoing and future development projects of the Pakistan Navy were given to the Chief of the Naval Staff.

The Naval Chief expressed confidence over the combat readiness of the Pakistan Navy and lauded capability development through the acquisition of new technologies.

The forum also reaffirmed to implement the government’s policies to restrict the spread of COVID-19.
