BusinessPakistan’s export figures show improvement
Pakistan’s export has grown six percent to US$ 1.872 billion in September 2020 as compared to the same period last year, showing an improvement. In a statement on Friday, the Prime Minister’s Adviser for Commerce and Investment Abdul Razak Dawood said that although this is better than a decrease of 15 percent in August 2020, I still feel that with a sufficient backlog of orders we can do much better. Abdul Razak Dawood said that besides executing current orders I urge the exporters to pursue more orders from existing markets and reach out to untapped markets. “I am hopeful that in October 2020 we will have further growth,” the adviser said.
