The 74th Independence Day of Pakistan is celebrated this Friday with full patriotic spirit. Amid the celebrations of this historic day of Pakistan, President Arif Alvi announced civil awards for 184 noteworthy Pakistanis. These awards are for honoring the exceptional services of personalities belong to different fields in the country.
List Announced by President Arif Alvi for Civil Awards
The President of Pakistan Arif Alvi announced the names of 184 prominent personalities for their services in different fields. The list features noteworthy celebrities from performance arts, literature, science, and education.
Among the civil awards conferred by the president on Independence Day included Nishan-e-Imtiaz, Hilal-e-Imtiaz, Hilal-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Sitarah-e-Pakistan, Sitarah-e-Shujaat and Sitarah-e-Imtiaz.
The other categories included Pride of Performance, Sitarah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Sitarah-e-Khidmat, Tamgha-e-Pakistan, Tamgha-e-Shujaat, Tamgha-e-Imtiaz and Tamgha-e-Quaid-e-Azam.
It also acknowledges many of the country’s martyrs for their bravery. Among prominent names in the list, we have:

Details of Civil Awards for Prominent Personalities
According to the details, Maulana Tariq Jameel has been awarded with Pride of Performance civil award. Bushra Ansari and Talat Hussain are conferred with Sitara-e-Imtiaz. The Nishan-e-Imtiaz is also announced for legendary Abida Parveen, renowned painter Sadequain Naqvi, and late poet Ahmad Faraz.
Resham, Ali Zafar, Humayun Saeed,Muhammad Ali Shyhaki, and Sakina Samo will be receiving the Pride of Performance civil award. Furthermore, Legendary artist Zeba Shehnaz will receive Tamgha-e-Imtiaz by Government of Pakistan.
Other recipients of civil awards include producer and drama writer Sultana Siddiqui, Syed Farooq Qaiser (Uncle Sargam), drama actor Javed Mansoor Babar, and Habib-ur-Rehman Panerai.
Muhammad Imran Qureshi, Naeem Altaf Bukhari, Abdul Qadir (Late), and several other eminent personalities will be receiving civil awards for their significant services.
