SocietyOnline Training on Pandemic Stress Management held

Islamabad, Pakistan: A 4-Day Online training workshop on Pandemic Stress Management concluded which was arranged by the Tourist Information Center of Uzbekistan Pakistan in collaboration with an International Training company VIAS International based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Training is always important from national as well as international human Resource perspectives. In fact, the training directly impacts the trainers on their “on the job” and “off the job” skills and abilities.


Due to the complex nature of professional job requirements, there is an eminent need to impart training among the skilled, semi-skilled even unskilled people in a society.
Eventually, training increase the motivation and engagement levels of the employed as well as unemployed persons as it provides the “insights” of a practical job which they intend to acquire thus also result in a reduction of the employee turnover ratio and also motivate the professionals in taking calculated risks for the professional and career development initiatives.

Due to the evolvement of COVID-19 Pandemic, an upside-down change has been observed in the organizations at national as well as international levels. In order to minimize the “resistance to this change” in a constructive manner, many initiatives have been taken by the organizations in a cohesive manner to impart the Training on different aspects, repercussions being observed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In this regard, the Tourist Information Center of Uzbekistan Pakistan in collaboration with an International Training company VIAS International based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Dispatch News Desk (DND) News Agency was the media partner of the workshop conducted via video link.
The important aspect of this training was the Lead Trainer from VIAS International, Tashkent who had been engaged through the Tourist Information Center of Uzbekistan Pakistan.
The training sessions were scheduled in a most professional manner and the participants were engaged in the interactive sessions.
This activity also promoted the concept of diversified cultural training which was one of the most attractive aspects of the training session.
At the end of the training session, a practical exercise was given to the participants which were later evaluated and focused ONE on ONE sessions were also conducted with the training participants. The most successful participants were awarded the Training Completion Certificates by the Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Pakistan in a formal ceremony which will be held on July 24, 2020.
