Siya Kakkar - Recently following the shocking death of bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput caused by a suicide attempt, the sudden demise of TikTok Star Siya Kakkar further added to the evolving perception that how depression can be lethal to take someone’s life, no matter how successful he/she has recently been. The 16-year-old Siya Kakkar had almost 1.2 million followers and she was very famous for her content, most of her videos had popular memes recreations, short skits of comedy, and syncing lip. Though as per the initial reports and inquiries, the TikTok Star took her own life by hanging herself with a ceiling fan of a room in her Preet Vihar’s residence in Delhi, where she lived with her family. However, her Manager Arjun Sarin has denied knowing anything that was troubling Siya professionally. Arjun Sarin said that there was nothing that Siya Kakkar was bothered about and she had appeared totally normal even during the last call they had but he confirmed that it was a murder rather than a suicide as she was receiving death threats. “This must be due to something personal…work wise she was doing well. I had a word with her last night for a new project and she sounded normal. Me and my company Fame Experts manage lots of artists and Siya was a bright talent. I am heading to her home in Preet Vihar,” he said. Meanwhile, the probe by police to ascertain the reason behind her death is being carried out and the police have taken her mobile phone into their custody. According to the reports, her family has asked for a detailed police investigation. It’s worth noting that the Indian government has now permanently banned TikTok because of the increasing abuse on social media and negative impact on the society.
