What are the Platforms to Report to PFA?

You will be amazed to know that the Punjab Food Authority has developed several tools to get feedback and complaints from the public about related to food. There are three platforms through which you can get your complaint launched to PFA:

The website to register complaints can be accessed here at http://www.pfa.gop.pk/report-a-complaint/. You can also use PFA’s Facebook page to register complaints.

Mobile Application

PFA’s mobile application can be downloaded for both Android and iOS so you have all the ease to launch a complaint with convenience while using a mobile phone. The app has a simple interface and it is easy to register a complaint through the app.

Helpline

Punjab Food Authority has set up a toll-free helpline with the assistance of the Punjab Information Technology Board. The number can be accessed from various cities of Punjab. The number to register complaints is 0800-13505. You can also contact on the following toll-free numbers to complain.

The authority encourages the public to inform about complaints against low quality food manufacturers and unhygienic conditions of kitchens of hotels, bakeries, restaurants, sweet shops, and fast food outlets.

So in case you have noticed some food point selling unhygienic food, using substandard ingredients, or even that the workers of the restaurant are not maintaining cleanliness measures, you can simply get your complaint registered through above-mentioned process.
