ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan Post will establish Post Offices at the Kartarpur Complex and Nankana Sahib to facility Sikh Yatrees (Pilgrims).

From these Post Offices, Sikh Yatrees will buy Commemorative Postage Stamps issued by Pakistan Post in connection with the 550th Birth Anniversary Celebrations of Baba Guru Nanak.

The Commemorative Stamps were issued as per the directive of the Federal Minister for Communications and Postal Murad Saeed following the approval of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

The Stamps would be available for sale on the Opening Day of Kartarpur Corridor. Besides the Commemorative Postage Stamps would also be sold in all Post Offices across the Country.

The aspiring Overseas Pakistanis can get the Stamps from Karachi Flatley Bureau and Islamabad GPO.

Likewise, these Stamps would be provided in 192 Member Countries of Universal Postal Union. In Countries where followers of Sikhism live, there initiatives will be taken with the collaboration of Pakistani Embassies to sale these Commemorative Stamps.

The upgraded and renovated Gurdwara of Darbar Sahib Kartarpur will be formally launched on Saturday (November 9, 2019).
