ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry has asked Courts to take notice of ‘blatant lies’ of the former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif over his health.

Nawaz Sharif, who is serving a seven-year imprisonment in Al Azizia Corruption Case, was granted a six-week bail by the Supreme Court of Pakistan on March 26 on medical grounds in an unprecedented move.

However since his release, he hasn’t yet been admitted in any hospital; rather his political engagements continue. Meanwhile, the Chief of Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam Fazl (JUI-F) Maulana Fazlur Rehman also arrived at Nawaz Sharif’s Jati Umrah residence in Raiwind on Tuesday to meet his political ally.

In a tweet, Fawad Chaudhry said that Nawaz Sharif’s bail was secured from the Apex Court, saying that it was inevitable as the former premier was battling for life.

Fawad Chaudhry said that however it was another lie as usual and now instead of an ambulance, Maulana Fazlur Rehman has stepped in for any political maneuvering. He said that the JUI-F Chief is providing political oxygen to Mian Sahb.
