In a recent Blogger meetup by PTCL which was held in Lahore, it was revealed that PTCL has taken an initiative to upgrade priority exchanges throughout Pakistan. Initially, the upgrade process will be carried out on key exchanges followed by the rest of the exchanges. The main reason behind the whole activity process is to provide the best internet coverage throughout Pakistan.

As of now, the telecom giant has transformed key exchanges located in DHA, Guldasht, Gulshan Ravi, Johar Town and WAPDA Town in Lahore under its Network Transformation Project (NTP) (PTCL NTP Lahore).

The customers residing in these areas can now benefit from this transformation, as it will give them the chance to enjoy and experience reliable, high-speed unlimited internet.

As part of NTP, PTCL is in the process of transforming 100 exchanges, out of which 53 exchanges have already been transformed as of today. With the aim to build a digitally connected Pakistan, PTCL is playing its role effectively as the leading internet broadband service provider of the Country.
