ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday dismissed a petition challenging the notification issued by Islamabad Capital Territory Authority (ICTA) declaring Pervez Musharaf’s farmhouse as sub-jail.

IHC judge Justice Riaz Ahmad Khan heard the petition in which Chief Commissioner Islamabad Capital Territory, IGP Bani Amin Khan, SHO PS Secretariat, SHO PS Chak Shahzad, and General (Retd) Pervez Musharraf were made respondents.

Petitioner Ch Muhammad Aslam Ghuman through his counsel Chaudhry Muhammad Ashraf Gujjar had challenged the notification of Chief Commissioner Islamabad to declare Chak Shahzad farmhouse of Musharaf as sub-jail.
