PESHAWAR, Pakistan: The meeting of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Parliamentary Party will take place at Pearl Continental (PC) Hotel in Peshawar on Tuesday, at which newly elected members of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa belonging to PTI will participate.
The PTI Chairman Imran Khan will preside over the Session, and he is also expected to announce the name of the Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Earlier on Monday, the PTI’s Parliamentary Party attended by newly elected lawmakers affiliated with PTI in its meeting held in Islamabad nominated Imran Khan as the Party’s Candidate for the Office of Prime Minister.
Separately, Imran Khan will also appear before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Peshawar today in Helicopter Case.
The NAB had asked the Chairman PTI to appear before its investigation team before the general elections 2018. But Imran Khan replied that he would appear in the NAB after the general elections were held.
The NAB wants to ask questions from him about the use of official helicopter for his personal purposes.
The Chairman NAB Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal had taken notice against Imran Khan for using government helicopter during electioneering.
