ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training Muhammad Yusuf Shaikh has lauded the efforts of the National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) for the promotion of education.
Talking to the Chairperson NCHD Razina Alam Khan in Islamabad on Tuesday, the minister said that he would soon visit the NCHD.
During the meeting, matters related to education and the NCHD were discussed.
The NCHD Chairperson apprised the federal minister about the NCHD projects of Functional Literacy and teachers training institute in the field of non-formal education.
Razina Alam also apprised the minister about the First National Training Institute (NTI) for non-formal education established by the National Commission for Human Development for training of community schools teachers.
