The minister said 18th amendment was passed unanimously by both the Houses – the National Assembly and the Senate – and all political parties played their due role in it.

The minister informed the Upper House that the Capital Development Authority (CDA) was earlier under the Cabinet Division but later it was handed over to the Ministry of Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD).

Similarly, he added, the National College of Arts was transferred to the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training.
