LAHORE, Pakistan: The Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan on Tuesday said a conspiracy was being hatched to weaken Pakistan’s economy.

While talking to media persons outside the Punjab assembly in Lahore, Rana Sanaullah asked Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan and Chief of Awami Muslim League (AML) Sheikh Rasheed to practice constructive and fair politics.

The minister said opponents were making frantic efforts to deter former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif from serving masses but gone were the days for conspiracies.

“Conspirators will not succeed in their nefarious designs”, he said.

While answering a question, Rana Sanaullah termed Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) a democratic one while at the same time he criticized its leadership for indulging in buying loyalties of lawmakers ahead of Senate polls.

The law minister while responding to a question said majority of young people were with Nawaz Sharif and he (Nawaz) also loved them.

Rana Sanaullah maintained that the present Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government was stable and moving forward smoothly under the leadership of Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.
