ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court has directed the DG FIA to take the five years record of CNG licenses in custody.
Chief Justice remarked that the Court has been compelled to issue the order as DG‚ OGRA had failed to act upon the court order.
The case has been adjourned till 15th of this month.
Federal Investigation Agency conducted a raid on the office of Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and took the record of CNG licenses in its custody.
The Supreme Court‚ while adjourning the hearing of Mega Project case till 15th of this moth directed Director General FIA this morning to take the five years record of CNG licenses in its custody.
