MINSK, Belarus: The Chairman Senate Mian Raza Rabbani on Thursday said that Pakistan wanted to promote its relations in all areas with Belarus.

During various meetings with Belarus officials at Minsk, Raza Rabbani said that Belarus had achieved excellent results in many fields.

Raza Rabbani said that within a rather short period of time, Belarus and Pakistan managed to create a legal framework for cooperation which comprised more than 70 agreements in various field, including in the economy.

The Chairman Senate was of the view that the relations and cooperation between Belarus and Pakistan would be increasingly vibrant in the future.

The meetings focused on the expansion of the legal framework of interaction, the enhancement of trade and economic ties including the establishment of assembly plants.
