ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: In order to facilitate citizens of Islamabad at their homes, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has launched its new mobile help service.
The door step help service will expeditiously redress the complaints of the citizens.
Initially, the authority has launched new mobile complaint response system with two dedicated vehicles, each vehicle will have two-member staff on board.
The service will be available at a phone call and it will operate in addition to CDA’s already functional complaint management system.
The launch of new service is a component of present CDA’s plan of action to modernize and revitalize complaint response system.
The Chairman CDA and Mayor Islamabad and Sheikh Anser Aziz had directed the up gradation of complaint response system.
The Member Administration CDA brought forward the concept of dedicated mobile complaint response system.
“We have started the process to boost complaint response system in Islamabad,” the member administration Muhammad Yasir Peerzada said, adding that complaint response system in Islamabad should be at par with international standards.
Yasir Peerzada said that new mobile complaint response system is just an initiative and a step in right direction.
“We have to work hard and cover a long distance to achieve our objective of fully modernizing complaint management system in Islamabad” he added.
The staff will collect complaints regarding sewerage, sanitation, street lights, water supply and water sampling issues from door steps and will ensure their amends on same day.
The project will be expanded after success of the initial step.
