ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country in next 24 hours while foggy conditions are likely to prevail over plain areas of Punjab during morning hours.

According to Met office, continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. In last 24 hours weather remained cold and dry in most parts of the country. However, light drizzle occurred in some parts of Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Peshawar, Rawalakot and Skardu.

Minimum temperatures recorded on Thursday was Kalat, Hunza -04øC, Gupis -02øC, Kalam -01øC, Quetta, Skardu 00øC, Dir, Gilgit, Chitral 01øC, Murree 04øC, Islamabad 06øC, Muzaffarabad, Peshawar 08øC, Lahore 09øC, Faisalabad 11øC, Multan 13øC and Karachi, Hyderabad 17øC.
