LAHORE, Pakistan: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that the federal government is taking serious and sincere measures to stabilize the national economy.

Talking to a delegation of the leading businessmen in Lahore on Saturday, the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a game changer, which would change the fate of the region.

The prime minister said that the CPEC projects and measures for the rehabilitation of national economy also came under discussion.

Nawaz Sharif said that the government attaches top priority to the solution of the problems being faced by the entrepreneurs and all possible steps will be taken to facilitate the business community.

The prime minister said that the government is paying ample attentions towards the elimination of load shedding and resolving the energy shortage and many power projects are underway.

Moreover, he expressed hope that after the completion of the energy projects, the business activities will augment and industries will flourish.
