Leicester’s champions league debut was one to cherish for their fans as well as the neutrals. They stormed to a 3-0 victory against Club Brugge away from home at Jan Breydel Stadium. It was an impressive victory for Leicester keeping in mind their current standing in their own league (Premier league where they are just one spot above the relegation spot) and also the history Club Brugge holds In the European football.
Last year Leicester were the surprise in English Football but the recent forms suggest that it might be one off year for the English minnows but yesterday impressive victory might lead to another miracle for Ranieri’s army. According to the manager, it as not a perfect performance and they can improve a lot. The question remains; how good they can get and how much a confident can they take from this victory and replicate it in the premier league as well as their next match in the Champions league against past winners Porto?
