SARGODHA, Pakistan: Two persons were killed in two separate accidents in Punjab’s Sargodha City on Monday.

Police said that both the accident took place in limits of Atta Shaheed Police Station as in the first incident, a speeding vehicle hit a rickshaw at Shaheen Abad road which caused the death of eight-year-old Eman Fatima, a resident of Chak 120-SB.

In another incident, a speedy truck collided with a motorcycle near Chak 111-SB. Resultantly, the motorcyclist Rehmat Ali of Chak 112-SB died.

Police said that the truck was being driven by Mazhar Iqbal who fled the scene after the accident.

Police have registered the cases.
