ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: President Mamnoon Hussain has underlined that steps should be taken to ensure the welfare of the people by improving their standard of life.
The president said this while talking to the Punjab Governor Malik Muhammad Rafique Rajwana who called on him at the Aiwan-e-Sadr in Islamabad on Thursday.
President Mamnoon said that maximum relief should be provided to the people and quality educational and healthcare services be made available to them.
Rafique Rajwana apprised President Mamnoon of the developmental activities being undertaken in the Punjab province with specific reference to the ongoing projects in South Punjab, which will have a very positive bearing on the life of the people.
