BusinessUninterrupted gas, electricity supply to industries must for achieving economic targets

LAHORE, Pakistan: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)-led federal government will have to ensure uninterrupted supply of gas and electricity to the industrial sector if it wants to achieve economic targets set for the fiscal year 2016-17.

This was stated by representative of Ferozpur Road Industrial Association (FRIA) Adnan Khalid Butt while talking to the state-run news agency Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) in Lahore on Saturday.

Khalid Butt said that the authorities concerned should take all important steps to keep the industrial wheel on the run.

The FRIA representative said that the industry needs a continuous supply of gas and electricity to keep the units operational and to complete the export orders well within the given timeframe.
