ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The traditional female henna (Mehndi) experts stalls elsewhere in the country are increasing as they setup their stalls for ‘Chand Raat’ to attract females customers.

A report aired by a private news channel said, Mehndi craze in Chand Raat is at peak, numerous mehndi stalls were organized by the female shopkeepers.

Girls in a form of groups get into the market to get their hands designed by different and impressive designs.

In shopping centers it is not a permanent business to apply Mehndi designs but is organized specially in Eid days as it is an older tradition.

Henna (Mehndi) experts informed that some girls who do not prefer Mehndi cones or for immediate results they apply Mehndi stamps on there hands on chand raat which are available in numerous floral designs and is also cheaper.

These Mehndi stalls are cheaper than those in parlor, so female mostly prefer going to these stalls, they urged.

“The gathering of women on stalls of Mehndi experts not only bring joy for us but also fulfil our requirement to get prepared for Eid,” said Amina Ali, a housewife while visiting henna experts said.
