ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif will be discharged from hospital Monday afternoon, daughter Maryam Nawaz said in a message on twitter.

“Doctors satisfied with PM’s progress & latest reports. All being well, Insha’Allah PM will be discharged this afternoon. Allah Kareem,” Maryam Nawaz said.

Prime Minister Sharif underwent a cardiac surgery on Tuesday last in London.

According to Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif, the Prime Minister had four bypass operations.

Maryam in her earlier tweet quoted the doctors as saying that the surgery was a success.
