The incident took place around 10 am Indian Standard Times (IST) near Badpola village in Dwarka when aircraft fell down on populated village. It was a chartered flight that lost control while taking off and hit a wall.

According to BSF official statement, aircraft was  Ranchi-bound BSF Superking carrying technicians. Eight dead bodies have been recovered from the aircraft crash site.
