ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Mobilink – one of the mobile phone operators in the country on Friday launched affordable smartphone range to provide subscribers with a streamlined set of solutions for their communication needs.

The Mobilink Jazz X cell phone range includes one feature phone, JF100 available for PKR 2,999, and three different smartphones, JS 300, JS 500, and JS 700, which are available for Rs. 4,299, Rs. 5,499, and Rs. 7,999 respectively.

At a ceremony, Asif Aziz, Vice President, Marketing Mobilink said they are looking for avenues to provide customers with the best services and products and this launch of smartphones range with exceptional 3G services will enable consumers, especially from marginalized communities, to be included in ongoing digitization process.

He said there are a large number of inexpensive and largely undifferentiated devices in the market today catering to the developing communities and “We believe our Jazz X range would offer superior value handsets at each price point.”

On the occasion, Aamer Manzoor, Head of Data Mobilink said this is another step in Mobilink’s evolution as Pakistan’s best mobile network and today we are no longer just telecommunications service providers, but have expanded our footprint in becoming a complete mobile communications solution provider.

All four devices are available exclusively at all Mobilink Business Centers and franchises along with Rs 800 balance 2 GB 3G Internet.
