PakistanPakistan wants peaceful relations with all neighboring countries

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Spokesperson to Prime Minister, Musadik Malik has said that Pakistan wanted peaceful relations with all neighbouring countries including India.

Speaking in Radio Pakistan’s Current Affairs’ programme, Dr Musadik Malik said, “We always try to resolve all disputes with India through negotiations including the longstanding Kashmir issue and we want to sit with India but on equal grounds to find out the resolution of disputes between Islamabad and New Delhi.”

The Kashmir issue he said was the core agenda item, which determines the nature of relations between the two countries.

India claimed itself as a biggest democracy of the world but its actions negated this claim, he maintained.

He said that India misbehaved with foreign delegates and also marginalized the minorities in their country. India should revisit its extremist polices toward its citizens, he added.

“Our doors will remain open for talks as it is the cornerstone of our foreign policy,” he remarked.
