PESHAWAR, Pakistan: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government will set up 350 small hydel power stations in Malakand Division to generate 9,000 megawatts electricity.
The media reports citing sources in Pakhtunkhwa Hydel Development Organization said that feasibility studies of 77 small hydel stations has already been completed.
The organization will spend Rs12 trillion on generation of power from hydel and alternative sources till 2025.
